Tom Gill Knothole Baseball Sponsorship

Tom Gill Chevy Sponsors Boone County Knothole Baseball in Florence

In addition to helping drivers find new and used cars at our Florence Chevy dealership, Tom Gill Chevy also gives back to the community. This year, we’ve partnered with the Chevrolet Youth Baseball program to help support Boone County Knothole Baseball right here in town.

Chevrolet Youth Baseball

The Chevrolet Youth Baseball program has been going on for nine years now with the aim of helping young people through supporting local baseball teams. During the course of its existence, the program has positively reached 3.5 million kids across the country. Last year 1600 Chevy dealers participated in the program, and Tom Gill Chevy is happy to be contributing in 2014.

Supporting Boone County Knothole Baseball

As part of the partnership with Chevrolet Youth Baseball, Tom Gill Chevrolet will present the Boone County Knothole league with an extensive equipment kit filled with baseball gear, water bottles, t-shirts, and more. As part of our sponsorship, we’ll help setup clinics where former and current MLB/MiLB players and coaches will be on hand to train the kids on basic and advanced baseball skills. Finally, Tom Gill will also set aside a monetary contribution to the league.

Test Drive a Chevy to Donate to Florence Youth Baseball

Members of the Florence community will also be able to help contribute to the local league through a Test Drive fundraiser. By test driving a new Chevy model, the dealership will further help Boone County Knothole baseball.

Tom Gill Chevrolet is open Monday to Saturday each week at their dealership, located at 7830 Commerce Drive in Florence, KY. Please contact Tom Gill Chevrolet to learn more about their sponsorship of Boone County Knothole Baseball and how to help support the cause with a test drive.
