“On March 1, 2016, I woke up early in the morning here in Denver, Colorado to make a phone call to [Tom Gill Chevrolet] to ask about a 2015 Chevy Malibu LTZ2 Turbo. I spoke with Linda [Shelton] and asked her if the car was still available. She looked it up on the computer and she said yes it was. I then asked her if she could please verify visually that the car was there, because I thought of traveling from Denver to Florence to purchase the vehicle.

At first she thought maybe I was coming in a few days or the following week, but when I informed her that I am planning I am on catching a flight that will get me into the Cincinnati airport at 2:30 p.m. that day, she immediately said she would go check to see if the car was available. Linda called me back about ten minutes later saying that she has the keys to the car in her hands and that she would literally sit on them until I got there.”

“When I finally was able to get my confirmed seat on the aircraft for my trip to Cincinnati, I was now in communication with a sales person named Kristi Beaver and she offered to pick me up at the airport. Sure enough, she was there waiting when I arrived. We arrived at the dealer, and the Malibu was there waiting…. I did not test drive the car because I knew I wanted it!!”

Next step was signing a few title documents with Chan and I was finished. So amazing because that was the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership.” 

Back to Colorado in a Brand-New Malibu

“Your salesperson Kristi was simply amazing and friendly, she was very attentive and answered all my questions… She knew I had a long drive home back to Denver so she kept telling me to drive safe and be careful, so I sent her pics and updates of my adventure back home. On his drive back to Denver, Francisco took a bunch of pictures of himself and his surrounding with his 2015 Chevrolet Malibu 2LZ Turbo. During the journey, he saw some classic American sites: open ranges, big wind turbines, the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, stadiums for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals, and, course, made a stop at a Big Boy for a burger.
