My experience was great! I’m a new customer so this was my 1st time using the mobile repair service. The mobile tech (Jacob?) who came out was very professional, answered my questions & explained everything clearly. Not to mention it was cold out and he still completed the job in a timely manner! Great job - I will definitely be using the service again (hopefully Jacob 🙂)….
