General Motors has not yet provided a full look at the 2017 Chevrolet Impala, but it is expected to include a number of changes after the 2016 model year. Some people are expecting the current base engine to be replaced by a more fuel-efficient turbocharged inline-four. Others speculate that the 3.5L V6 will be replaced with a more sophisticated V6 that increases power and fuel economy at the same time.
