Perks (free oil changes, warranty program has option for service/maintenance, such as a free battery replacement) and inventory are very good. It was easy to schedule time to test drive and meet with a sales rep. However, the actual purchasing experience was not great, as I felt rushed to make a decision on warranties to select, and it felt like pulling teeth to get an understanding of how discounts were applied and how warranties worked. I do not feel the dealership worked hard to get me a good interest rate despite a strong credit report.

Bought a brand new corvette that had a paint defect from the factory. Salesman told me to go through service, called several times a day and couldn’t get through. Final got through to the body shop and they took my information and said that they will call me back. That never happened. It’s been one month since purchase and I still can’t get through to service. No other dealer will work on the car due to the lack of certification needed to fix it. Once you they sale you a car they could care less about you.

It was worried that only purchasing it lower value car would cause a dealership to not give me the care, attention and options I needed at the time, but there was not A difference in the quick easy considerate process at all such a relief and such a comfortable dealership thank you so much. I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Tom Gill Chevrolet. My grandmother visited this dealership with the hope of purchasing a new car, but unfortunately, she felt taken advantage of. The sales team seemed to exploit her lack of familiarity with car buying, pushing her towards decisions that weren’t in her best interest. We were particularly concerned about high-pressure sales tactics, misleading information and the sales person being extremely rude. It’s disheartening to see such practices, especially when dealing with someone as vulnerable as my grandmother. Christian Scothorn was our sales rep and he had zero clue what he was doing and harassed my 75 year old grandma non stop to come and buy the car when he knew we were waiting on the GM friends and family code. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and encourages the dealership to improve its approach to customer service. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and honesty, regardless of their age or experience. We will never do business with Tom Gill.

I had such a pleasant experience buying from Tom Gill Chevrolet. I told them I wanted to downsize from my 2020 Chevy Traverse and they had a Honda Accord, with lower mileage and a better price. I cannot say thank you enough to the team that helped me get - Destiny, Cheyenne and I cannot remember his first name, but last name was Popp. Customer service was top notch and would recommend anyone to come here to buy a vehicle.

Non hassle establishment. They allow you to look around and not feel pressured. Tyler Herman is the go to sales rep, he was up front, professional and worked within my budget. He showed me perks that would give me an advantage over a long term investment and was light on the wallet. He’s excellent in making you feel comfortable and helping you find what it is you desire. I went in with my guard up and this was the most pleasant experience i have ever had at any dealership. I probably asked him 150 different questions and he was patient and clarified everything. Not once did he try to back out on his word and made sure I was his priority. It’s safe to say this man is an asset and by all means reputable. A one and a million to find. If there was anyone who was looking for a vehicle Tyler Herman would be the man I would refer every time. He is polite, he is patient and he is Courteous. His light personality and his professionalism mixed in with his integrity made it feel as if he was only on your side. He gets no commission based off what he sells you. He will find you the best deal and he will reassure you and your wallet.

Bobby has been attempting to purchase my 21 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Limited with 57k miles for the past few weeks. It had some warranty work done on it and was in the shop, but for the record, NADA and KBB value my car at trade-in alone at $17-19k. This is a very clean and in very good condition vehicle, mind you, with a flawless service record even with a bit of extra maintenance. Long story short, Bobby decided to be extremely unprofessional today after trying to haggle me down on the $20k I’m asking (because I want a private sale price). Bobby’s comment after he asked me again if I’m willing to go down and I said no is as follows: ‘I understand, I’d want to get above market value for my car as well. How long do you think it will be till you gain some more flexibility?’ It’s unprofessional and uncalled for. It was a sarcastic quip that shows you the integrity of this ‘dealer acquisitions specialist.’ I’ll pass on the opportunity to ever do business here, along with letting others know.

While my car was in service (oil change and new rims) I was brought a rental which had a flat tire when it was pulled up front. The second rental brought to me had a flat within a couple hours of driving off the premises. I didn’t hit anything and called the service manager to express my concerns that this tire may have also been damaged prior to leaving the lot. I patched the tire and retuned it. They said I should have inspected the tires prior to leaving and my honesty would result in a 200 + bill. I would imagine this would have been difficult for any customer to inspect without the car being lifted. I also doubt they would have noticed if I hadn’t mentioned it since They had no inspection paperwork to share with me where their team inspected the car prior to handing off to me. All that was done was a quick walk around. It took the service manager several days to respond and when I expressed how his response would challenge future business with Tom Gill including the new car I was buying and upcoming paint job etc. (not to mention I just purchased a brand new blazer from them) I never received another response from anyone on their team after I sent this message. I then messaged the sales team letting them know I would no longer move forward with future purchase. The service manager still has not responded
