I test drove both and he literally pulled the two cars up side by side so I could compare the differences inside and out. He was very understanding when I told him I wanted to bring my husband by to look at the Equinox. He did not pressure or pursue me via text or email. A few days later I brought my husband back. Matt remembered me and asked if I had any more questions. We test drove the Equinox again then Matt left us alone for a bit to discuss it. It was a great experience. So....I walked into Tom Gill Chevrolet to buy a new SUV and was paired with their Sales Representative Ryan Hawkins, who turned out to be the most knowledgeable salesman I had come across in my search for a new 2025 Equinox! Ryan explained every feature about the SUV, but for me, it was about the newer tech which I was not so excited about! Ryan carefully explained all the SUV features and then, he got to the technology which was a feature I had been dreading! But, he did so in the most easily, understood manner, and that eased my anxiety about the advancements! This was a big deal for me because I like simple buttons and knobs, which the newer SUVs/autos have, plus, computers, and I was super hesitant to use it all. But after my sales experience with Ryan, and I told him this myself, I felt so comfortable that I actually became excited about it! Ryan is awesome! And in my sales experience, I found that Tom Gill Chevrolet's pricing was the most honestly represented online pricing I'd come across online and it remained honest throughout my SUV purchase process! And they don't just sign and send you on your way after your purchase, it's just like their commercial says...free oil changes, tire rotations and car washes for as long as you own your vehicle. I love that! Thank you Ryan Hawkins for making my new SUV buying experience great! Tom Gill I will be a repeat customer in the future!

Clean title/ wrecked car.
Clean title/ wrecked car. Bought a 2022 Altima that showed a clean title but 4 days after I bought it I had Nissan inspect it just to check it over. They found multiple issues upon inspection and that the entire front end had been worked on. When I took it back to Tom Gill they did the minimum to fix it. I asked to return the car but offered me less than I had just paid for it and said I will have to pay all fees again if I trade it in. I included the Gill’s in my emails but they never once responded to an email apologizing for what happened. Also learned that most of the 172 point inspection is mostly visual and they are not checking the quality of some of these items just that they are there. Buyers beware please be cautious when buying a used car here.

While my car was in service (oil change and new rims) I
While my car was in service (oil change and new rims) I was brought a rental which had a flat tire when it was pulled up front. The second rental brought to me had a flat within a couple hours of driving off the premises. I didn’t hit anything and called the service manager to express my concerns that this tire may have also been damaged prior to leaving the lot. I patched the tire and retuned it. They said I should have inspected the tires prior to leaving and my honesty would result in a 200 + bill. I would imagine this would have been difficult for any customer to inspect without the car being lifted. I also doubt they would have noticed if I hadn’t mentioned it since They had no inspection paperwork to share with me where their team inspected the car prior to handing off to me. All that was done was a quick walk around. It took the service manager several days to respond and when I expressed how his response would challenge future business with Tom Gill including the new car I was buying and upcoming paint job etc. (not to mention I just purchased a brand new blazer from them) I never received another response from anyone on their team after I sent this message. I then messaged the sales team letting them know I would no longer move forward with future purchase. The service manager still has not responded
