For the 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, the truck received a major redesign. More aggressive styling on the outside is complemented by a more luxurious and high-tech experience inside. Drivers who need more power will find it from the turbo-diesel engine, which serves up 397 hp and a robust 765 lb-ft of torque. A properly equipped version of the 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500 can tow up to 13,000 pounds and handle a payload of 4,212 pounds.

The 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 returned with more sophistication in the cabin and available off-road performance capabilities. This model marks a significant step forward in the work truck segment thanks to high-end features on offer like heated and ventilated leather seats and a hard drive-based navigation system.

While it might look similar to previous versions, the 2011 Chevrolet Silverado progressed quite a bit. Performance is dramatically improved thanks to a heftier full-strength steel frame, more sophisticated suspension elements, and the first version of the turbo-diesel V8 powertrain.
