The starting MSRP for the standard Chevy Tahoe is $56,200, while the Traverse is $37,600. It should be noted, however, that despite the higher price than the Traverse, the Tahoe is still generously priced for a vehicle in its class.

Part of what makes the Traverse so special is the fact that it has full-size accommodations despite only being considered a mid-size.
