Easily the best car buying experience I've had. No hassle, no attempts at adding additional fees or markups or "mandatory packages" after already agreeing on a price, none of that sort of thing. The whole purchase process took maybe an hour, with no surprises or "gotchas". I've never before bought a car and it be so straight forward, with no xx. I had such a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from this dealer. Not only did I get my van under market price, but the sales representative was amazing. I traveled over 2 hours to get there, and it was absolutely worth it. I made their job easier by knowing what I was wanting, and they helped me through the process and set me up with financing that met my needs and budget. I've been to other dealerships before and so far, this has been my best experience. I was bombarded with super high energy and pushiness. My sales guy was laid back, informative, funny and encouraging. This dealership even got the financing company to lower my interest rate! I would definitely suggest taking the drive to purchase your next vehicle from here. As far as my trade in, I wasn't terribly happy with my trade in price, but my vehicle had quite a major issue, and the technology they used to show me the reason for the lower trade in value and explaining the situation to me in a way I could better understand. Everything still worked out in my favor and I would definitely return in the future. I was able to trade in my vehicle and leave with my new vehicle within 4 or 5 hours!

While my car was in service (oil change and new rims) I
While my car was in service (oil change and new rims) I was brought a rental which had a flat tire when it was pulled up front. The second rental brought to me had a flat within a couple hours of driving off the premises. I didn’t hit anything and called the service manager to express my concerns that this tire may have also been damaged prior to leaving the lot. I patched the tire and retuned it. They said I should have inspected the tires prior to leaving and my honesty would result in a 200 + bill. I would imagine this would have been difficult for any customer to inspect without the car being lifted. I also doubt they would have noticed if I hadn’t mentioned it since They had no inspection paperwork to share with me where their team inspected the car prior to handing off to me. All that was done was a quick walk around. It took the service manager several days to respond and when I expressed how his response would challenge future business with Tom Gill including the new car I was buying and upcoming paint job etc. (not to mention I just purchased a brand new blazer from them) I never received another response from anyone on their team after I sent this message. I then messaged the sales team letting them know I would no longer move forward with future purchase. The service manager still has not responded
