You can’t beat free power train warranty, oil changes, tire rotation and car washes for the life of the vehicle. Lillli took time to make sure that I understood my new Chevy Colorado and is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. Non hassle establishment. They allow you to look around and not feel pressured. Tyler Herman is the go to sales rep, he was up front, professional and worked within my budget. He showed me perks that would give me an advantage over a long term investment and was light on the wallet. He’s excellent in making you feel comfortable and helping you find what it is you desire. I went in with my guard up and this was the most pleasant experience i have ever had at any dealership. I probably asked him 150 different questions and he was patient and clarified everything. Not once did he try to back out on his word and made sure I was his priority. It’s safe to say this man is an asset and by all means reputable. A one and a million to find. If there was anyone who was looking for a vehicle Tyler Herman would be the man I would refer every time. He is polite, he is patient and he is Courteous. His light personality and his professionalism mixed in with his integrity made it feel as if he was only on your side. He gets no commission based off what he sells you. He will find you the best deal and he will reassure you and your wallet.

While my car was in service (oil change and new rims) I
While my car was in service (oil change and new rims) I was brought a rental which had a flat tire when it was pulled up front. The second rental brought to me had a flat within a couple hours of driving off the premises. I didn’t hit anything and called the service manager to express my concerns that this tire may have also been damaged prior to leaving the lot. I patched the tire and retuned it. They said I should have inspected the tires prior to leaving and my honesty would result in a 200 + bill. I would imagine this would have been difficult for any customer to inspect without the car being lifted. I also doubt they would have noticed if I hadn’t mentioned it since They had no inspection paperwork to share with me where their team inspected the car prior to handing off to me. All that was done was a quick walk around. It took the service manager several days to respond and when I expressed how his response would challenge future business with Tom Gill including the new car I was buying and upcoming paint job etc. (not to mention I just purchased a brand new blazer from them) I never received another response from anyone on their team after I sent this message. I then messaged the sales team letting them know I would no longer move forward with future purchase. The service manager still has not responded
