Matt Valliante has been very patient with me through this whole ordeal. The issues we keep having are not Tom Gills, nor the technicians fault. Our 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 has been in the Service Dept 5 times now, for the same ongoing issues. GM has been contacted twice with these issues. This last time, truck was dropped off on 3/13/26, we got it back on 3/31/26. GM knows they have a problem; they better step up and make this right, before someone gets hurt or killed.
