Yes! If you purchased your a qualifying vehicle from Tom Gill Chevrolet or Tom Gill Buick GMC you will have lifetime oil changes and lifetime tire rotations for the time you own the car your purchased. If I bought my car at Tom Gill Chevrolet can I service it at Tom Gill Buick GMC or vice versa?
You absolutely can! We want to make your ownership as easy as possible, so you can service at which location is easiest for you.
We also offer our Mobile Service offering so you don't have to worry about which location to go to.
Can I complete my service through Mobile Service instead of visiting the dealership?
Yes! Our Tom Gill Mobile Service covers most routine maintenance — including oil changes, tire rotations, filter changes, wiper replacements, and inspections — performed right at your home or workplace throughout Cincinnati, Hamilton, Florence, Covington, and Northern Kentucky.
Not only that, we are capable of changing your tires, doing battery maintenance, fluid exchanges and tire balancing.
Do you price match tires?
Yes! We are pleased to be able to price match tires. This helps to make sure you are getting a fair price and the maintenance performed by a General Motors certified service center. Your preferred service advisor can assist with this at the time of service to make sure everything runs smoothly for you.
How can I tell if my tires need replacement?
Look for:
- Tread depth below 3/32”
- Cracking or bulging in sidewalls
- Uneven wear or vibration at highway speeds
During every visit, we check your tires’ tread depth and alignment angles. Further, we will always let you know what your tires' measure and help you to prepare for any replacement.
How often should I rotate my tires?
We recommend rotating your tires every 6,000 miles, which aligns perfectly with each maintenance interval. Regular rotations prevent uneven wear caused by Cincinnati’s stop-and-go traffic and Northern Kentucky’s hilly roads — extending tire life and improving safety.
