Each employee that I encountered during my search for a vehicle at Tom Gill Chevrolet Florence was intelligent and really took the time to help me make a good choice for what I was looking for. They took care of the vehicle while it was in their care as well as allowed me to verify it with my mechanic before working on a deal. Ana was wonderful during the whole process and took all of my questions in stride! She was consistently working for me. I never felt like I would be duped working with her and I’m very happy with my overall experience!

We started out working with Matt days prior to us arriving. Matt kept us informed daily on the progress of our situation before we got there. ( We totaled our prior vehicle) Matt continuously was so kind and asking if there’s anything that he can do. When we arrived, Matt did not work that day so Jordan worked with us! I have to admit I came in a little defensive. Your typical car sales approach is usually pushy sells people. After a few minutes with Jordan, his kindness, his personality, and how smoothly the process went was exceptionally great! My husband and I were so surprised and so thrilled on how we were treated at the dealership! We will be purchasing a car in the near future and Tom Gill Chevrolet along with Jordan and Matt Will definitely our top choice.
